In this post, I’ll walk you through how to quickly and easily create KDP book interior mockup images for free—plus, I’ll share two YouTube videos where I demonstrate how to also create mock up book covers step by step.

Step 1: SAVE Your Interior Pages
Visit your interior pages and save two pages individually as png. files or jpg. files.
Step 2: Create a Realistic Interior Mockup Using Canva
Canva makes it super easy to place your interior pages into a realistic internal page mockup. Follow these steps:
Open Canva and create a new design. You will need to double the 'width' of your trip size. Eg. If you book was a 7 x 10 inch, your interior 'customer size' you enter will now be width = 14 inches and height = 10 inches
Upload your interior pages and drag them into the template.
Step 3: Create a 3D Mockup for a Professional Touch

Step 5: Enhance and Customize Your Mockup
To make your mockup stand out:
Drop the shadow onto the middle of the document. Move the shadow and extend it to make it look like a realistic fold line.
Use the 'Transperent' sliding to increase or decrease the shadow.
Save the file as a PNG or in JPG format
